A  heated and cooled shower house with seperate showers and bathrooms for men and women. A separate laundry room, with bags of ice on location. A fish cleaning station also avaiable on site. The lots put you in a secluded woods atomsphere with 30 or 50 amp service, water and sewer. The nights put you in the spot for the cozy fire pit roasting marshmellows and enjoying the country life.  Storage units are also available on location to rent for that boat or waverunner.
